Making paper

I make high-shrinkage overbeaten flax paper and incorporate it into sculptures and jewelry (see my website for what I “usually” do).  For this project, I skipped the armatures and basically shrink-wrapped stones and then wrote on them.  I realize that I could have simply written on the stones, but covering the surface with paper transforms the common object into something more contemplative, deliberate, and familiar.
